WORLD TRAVELLER CYCLES ACROSS CANADA
Daniel is a cyclist at heart: he was a volunteer cardio
cycle (spinning) instructor for over three years, and has inspired many to live
an active lifestyle through the art of cycling.
Daniel believes that learning best takes place through
experiences. An avid traveler, he has
visited over 90 countries, lived in China and Italy.
It
has been a tremendous and life-changing experience for
Daniel to have crossed the world's second largest country
with nothing but his bicycle, determination, strength, and
willingness to raise awareness for chronic pain.
Daniel to have crossed the world's second largest country
with nothing but his bicycle, determination, strength, and
willingness to raise awareness for chronic pain.
The cross-Canada trip lasted 56 days - intense cycling from
the Maritimes, through various hills, across the prairies, along the Rockies.
When Daniel finally arrived at his destination, beautiful
Vancouver, his father, Dr. François
Fugère, cycled along on this
special day with him.
Daniel's heart goes out to all chronic pain sufferers. Never has it been more meaningful until he reached that final kilometer!
